Making a good decision

Who amongst us has never been faced, either personally or in our places of work, with making a serious decision affecting both ourselves and those around us?

One of the gifts of St Ignatius of Loyola was a method he developed from his own experience called the 'discernment of spirits', a process of decision-making which engages the whole person, body, mind and spirit.

If you are someone, or part of a group, needing to come to a prayerful decision about something: taking in all the facts, weighing up the options.... don’t hesitate to get in touch via our Contact Us page

If you are a young person (18-35 years of age) and you feel you need to come to a decision about your future (relationships, job, career, emigration...) we'd be pleased to hear from you. If you'd like to think about your eventual decision with others facing similar choices, a Samuel Group may help. This is a six-month process which the Jesuit Centre has been delighted to host and support. For all further information please follow the link to Samuel Group
